Lon las Cymru - preamble

Lon las Cyrmu, is one of the U.K.'s toughest national cycling routes going End to end Wales, through 3 mountain ranges, and two national parks. At 200 miles and 16,000 feet of climbing it is going to be a tough one! 🄺


The rain was biblical in between sunny patches today. all the wet weather gear is packed. Not a great start as my rear disc brakes have seized - so hoping for some mechanical intervention tomorrow morning to help me up those hills, I'm going to need it! ā›°ļø


We start in Chepstow on the Welsh English border & home to the incredible Chepstow Castle, built in 1067....
