A friend & I joined the MKDons Team for the #EveryMinuteMatters relay this morning. We were representing Cycling Citizens MK. This event is a 4000km cycling relay between football teams/stadiums raising awareness of the importance of knowing CPR with 72 EFL clubs taking part.

We cycled from Milton Keynes Dons stadium to Luton Town Football Club today & then back again!

Fantastic support from MKDons staff as we headed out. Great ride & and great campaign sponsored by Sky Bet supporting British Heart Foundation.

Another amazing cycling experience. Happy Days….
