Decided to go out today for a recovery gravel ride following last weeks awesome Wales adventure. š“ó §ó ¢ó ·ó ¬ó ³ó æ It was only when I was out that I realised how tired my legs still were. So a gentle 22 miler through Aspley Heath and Woburn on a very VERY hot summers day. Even though my legs were tired, I figured it would be a crime against cycling not to go out for a ride on a day as beautiful as this!
