Mud on 2 wheels and 4!

Three different types of biking this weekend. Finally went over to the dark side and picked up my new trek mountain bike purchased as a birthday present to myself last week. 🚴‍♀️🚴‍♀️ decided I'd retire my gravel bike for the winter and use the MTB for the muddy trails over the next few months. It was so pretty and clean when I picked it up 😀 but after a short loop with Christina it was christened with mud. 😣😣💩 Then decided to try muddy biking of a different type by going quad biking. First time. It was great fun but I was definitely the slowest of the group taking it very gingerly! I'm definitely better on 2 wheels. Nice to have all that throttle though, that must be what it's like to ride on an e-bike. This weekend also saw our monthly women's road ride with the club, with 20 riders out, including a number of new members. great fun and camaraderie as always. 🚴‍♀️🤩

Overshoes were clean as well, at least to start with!
