Sunday saw our annual charity club cycle day. Itās all for charity - we raise money for a local hospice. Iām part of the organising team and do the liaison with the hospice, we are on track to raise Ā£1500, although it would be nice to get to Ā£2k. The arrival of the sun āļøāļø meant a fantastic turn out. We had 100, 62 and 27 mile routes. I led out the 27 milers, which did mean we were first back. Yippee! š A fun day as always! Saturday saw me well and truly christen the new gravel bike as I led out a club ride and we did a beautiful route around Bedfordshire, partly on the Greensandās route. Unwisely, I did not put on sunscreen today or yesterday so Iāve got some very embarrassing tan lines now!
