A train, Tring and Tom’s Hill.

A mini gravel adventure for the bank holiday. Despite a train strike today, a group of us took our bikes down to Tring (train was running and empty!), for the most amazing off road route back to MK. Up Tom's Hill off road, including switchback, before a delightful tree lined trail through the Ashridge Estate, lots of ups and downs through pretty hamlets, trails, a Buddhist temple, forests, meadows, and Whipsnade before our stop at Dunstable Downs. Fab view over the Downs and Ivinghoe Beacon. Back through more amazing off road paths before eventually back to Woburn Woods and home. Great BH ride, lots to see, variety of trails and great route plotting by friend, Steph - one to do again!
